This Agreement governs use of the URACE Administrative AI application ("the App"), owned and operated by URACE.US INC ("we", "us"). The App is internal software. It is not sold, licensed or distributed to the public.
Only employees and contractors of URACE.US INC who have been granted access by the company owner. Access is personal and non-transferable.
We grant authorized users a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for URACE.US INC business purposes only, for as long as their authorization lasts.
The App reads and writes business records in our own QuickBooks Online company file. Handling of that data is described in our Privacy Policy. Users remain bound by our internal confidentiality obligations.
The App prepares documents such as invoices and estimates. Documents it prepares are saved for human review and are not sent to customers automatically, except where the company owner has explicitly authorized a specific automated action in writing. Authorized users are responsible for reviewing output before it reaches a customer.
The App is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, URACE.US INC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
We may suspend or revoke access at any time, for any reason, without notice. Access ends automatically when a user's employment or contract ends.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
